Our privacy policy explains how personal information is collected, used and disclosed by Delux with respect to your use of Delux’s site (located at www.delux.com/stairs/) and Delux Stairs App.

Personal information does not include "aggregate" information, which is data we collect about the use of our site and our services. What Personal Information Do We Collect?

We collect certain information you voluntarily provide to us, such as when you send us an email or post questions or other content to our site.

We automatically collect certain information when you use our site such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, your operating system, the browser type, the address of a referring site and your activity on our site. This is used in the aggregate only. We may also automatically collect certain information through the use of "cookies" or web beacons.

Aside from the above aggregate information collected when accessing our site when the user clicks on, "Help Online" in the App, Delux Stairs App sends the stair specification such as total rise, total run, tread dimensions, etc. to our site. This information is used to provide specific help and advice in designing that specific staircase and to track where our customers are running into issues using the App. This information is considered aggregate as there is no way to identify an individual from the supplied staircase measurements. No personal information is collected or stored in the App.

We use personal information collected through our site and our services to improve our service.

What Personal Information Do We Share With Third Parties?

We will not share the personal information we collect from you through our site or our App with third parties.
